Adam loses his first stone: Adam has a demanding job and a busy lifestyle

Adam had been going to the gym on and off for years but frequently would plateau and lose his motivation.

In the past 7 months, he has made huge progress with his training. On top off that he lost his first stone in his first 6 weeks working with us.

He first started on our kickstart programme which gave him the accountability he needed to help him on his way.

Having a trainer, losing belly fat and taking away the guess-work were changes that he needed to make.
