Seriously, Lean Body Training, Body Of A Warrior Program works out at £19 per session.

If you attend 3 sessions per week that’s just £249 per month in return for 13 tribal training sessions, 24/7 coaching, personalised nutrition, accountability and a whole host of other surprises.

In contrast you can hire a personal trainer one-to-one for £45 per session. If you attend 2x per week that’s £90 per week or £405 per month. They’ll force you to train in a gym, will likely not help you with nutrition, they won’t coach you, you won’t be part of a community and they won’t have been where you are like I have…

FAQ’s

Q. Is this for just men?

A. Currently our kick start, small group personal training program is just for men. However, we do train women on our personalized 1-1 training.

Q. I have not worked out in a while, will I survive the sessions?

A. Absolutely! Personalisation is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

Every training session is led by one of our expert fitness coaches and is designed to specifically around you and your exercise history.

Each session is fun, supportive and progressive, helping you burn maximum fat and to get stronger in minimal time.

Q. I’m excited about joining and I know I need something like this… but at the same time I’m nervous about joining… should I be?

A. It’s natural to feel like that when starting a new routine/habit and meeting new people for the first time.

Everyone who is currently a member will hold their hands up and tell you they probably felt exactly the same thing.

However, we are different to any gym or exercise program you may have been involved with in the past.

You’ll not be left on your own to ‘work it out’, or be standing in the corner on your own.

At Lean Body Training we are all in this fitness journey together.

Q. Do I have to train in the same session every week?

A. Of course not.

As we have sessions taking place Monday – Saturday, you have the freedom to train on any days & times that fit your schedule for the given week.

We have sessions as early as 7am, 8am & 9am Saturdays plus we have evening sessions at 8pm throughout the week.

For example, you could train on Monday & Wednesday in week one and then you could train on Tuesday & Friday on the following week.

Q. Where are the sessions located?

A. We are located at Park View Health Club Finchley, N3 1LP. All sessions take place in our indoor space and we have live zoom sessions on our timetable too.

Our sessions take place Monday – Saturday and you have the opportunity to book yourself into any session that suits your schedule.

Q. Is this the same as a class of Bootcamp?

A. No!

Our Lean Body Kick Start programme provides you with all of the best aspects of a 1:1 Personal Training Programme but within small group format.

Our sessions are limited to no more than 5 people at one time.

This means that you get the personalisation that you need to achieve your results.

You will never be “lost” in a session nor will you be unsure of what to do.

However, when training in a small group, you will get the energy, camaraderie and support of training with other like-minded people.

Q. Does The Program Include Nutritional Help?

A. YES!

We know the importance that nutrition plays in achieving your results so we have invested in a fantastic online nutrition system that will teach you how to lose weight whilst still having your favourite foods.

This way, your results are achieved in a sustainable manner which means the results will last.
