CrossHIIT is the basic template for all our classes.
No two workouts are exactly the same and the difficulty and intensity increases as you progress.
Even though this is Small Group Personal Training, the sessions still allow for bespoke and targeted routines for each individual.
You will be motivated and inspired from the get go. A typical session looks something like this:
- Full Body Functional Warm Up, to get blood flowing and loosen muscles.
- High Intensity Interval Training circuits, consisting of aerobic and anaerobic exercises designed to strengthen and tone your muscles whilst maximising calorie burn.
- Light Warm Down and stretching to assist in recovery before your next session!
