Lean Body Men’s provides results-based group personal training at our gym in Finchley.
As well as including nutrition support and meals plans we provide fat loss and strength training programs for men in north London who want to transform their body, improve their health and energy levels.
Using the latest up to date equipment, with carefully designed work outs, designed to support and motivate you on your journey. Our clients follow a comprehensive and progressive training system designed to get you fitter, leaner and stronger whilst allowing to work at a level that’s right for you.
Thanks to a team of skilled and experienced coaches, we are able you make the best and safest use of our wide range of equipment including: climbers, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, core bags, boxing bags, slam balls
Combined with social support, short, sharp and effective workouts using training techniques which include a combination of: Resistance exercises, cardio drills and simple nutrition strategies.
No more crowded gym car parks and queuing for equipment everything is set up and ready to go!
We are conveniently located with easy parking access and shower and changing rooms on-site.

Based in Finchley, we are less than a 10 minute drive from Hendon. With easy transport links and on-street parking available, we can be easily found.
